We are committed to promoting a constructive approach to family disputes, and members of the firm belong to Resolution, formerly the Solicitors of Family Law Association (SFLA), and adopt the Resolution Code of Practice. The Code of Practice aims to minimise areas of conflict between separating couples and to resolve disputes in a dignified manner in the best interests of the family. However, protecting the interests of our clients is our first priority and where necessary we will take immediate and firm action to safeguard those interests.

We also have wide experience of issues involving the international family and Douglas Alexiou is a fellow of and past President of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Jeremy Fisher and Susan Philipps are also fellows.
