In addition to the traditional areas of family legal practice, we have been at the forefront of developments in collaborative law and mediation. Through these routes we are able to offer a tailor made approach to dispute resolution. Several members of the firm are accredited mediators, and are able to offer Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMS) as required by the new Family Procedure Rules.
