Sejal Amin

Sejal undertakes all aspects of private family law and is a member of Resolution as well as a trained collaborative lawyer.

Sejal qualified in 2003 and specifically chose family law because of its scope for assisting individuals through what can be difficult periods emotionally and practically. Sejal aims to identify options and provide clarity in the legal process whether that be inside or outside of the court forum.

Sejal graduated from Manchester University and has exclusively practised family law since qualifying as a lawyer. Before joining Alexiou Fisher Philipps Sejal practised in the family law department of a large firm and also spent a year working in public law children work.

As well as specialising in the financial aspects relating to relationship breakdown she has a particular aptitude for cases involving children law issues.
