Emma Harte has specialised in family law for 10 years, having been a solicitor and associate at Penningtons and Gordon Dadds before becoming a partner on the formation of AFP.

Emma is recognised in Legal Experts Directory as a specialist family lawyer. She is also a trained mediator and member of the Solicitors Family Law Association. She serves on the SFLA Mediation and London Region Committees.

She lectures on a wide range of family law issues and writes for the legal press.
